Can someone provide me an article or PDF that teaches how to write requirements, specifications, analysis, design, implementations, results, testing, and validation?
For requirement specifications I highly recommend Mastering the Requirements Process by Suzanne and James Robertson. It will help you learn how to collect, analyze and organize requirements and includes a detailed outline for a requirements document. It won’t teach you how to write. It assumes you already have that skill. To learn to write, you might start with The Art of Plain Talk by Rudolf Flesch and The Elements of Style by Strunk and White. I must warn you that learning to write well is not easy for many people, myself included. It took me 20 years after college to become a decent writer, but I was geek of an engineer. It also took me about 20 years to learn to do requirements well. During that period I also learned to do design and quality assurance. If you are able to learn you can become useful in a project in 3–6 months, but only if there is someone to mentor you.
