How To Write on PDF Online?
How can I convert a book into PDF Format?
I’d suggest Microsoft OneNote. You actually don’t need to convert to PDF as you can search the note, as OneNote will OCR (do Optical Character Recognition on) the image. If you want a PDF you can - if you are on Windows - Print to PDF. But why? Once you have it in a OneNote note. (OneNote is free and available for Windows, Mac, Android, iOS and in a browser.)

To OCR it then has to copy the image to the correct place on the device that the OCR scanner is attached to. You can do that from within OneNote or right click and search through the note. And you can then delete the original PDF file. To get a PDF you have to find it that way too. But we find PDFs very, very quickly. And then we scan the image in a digital camera first and then upload it. You can even use the PDF reader in Windows Phone — just hold the screen and point the camera. You can see that in the pic: Once you download it. It gets saved to your OneNote account, and you can copy and paste it in Microsoft OneNote and even edit it within the app. But wait… why not use PDF in Word? Well it's because Microsoft Word has.
