PERSONAL INTERVIEW. The duration of personal interviews varies from 30 mins to 1 hour. Usually the panelists contain just one IO (Interviewing Officer). Interviews are highly subjective, and based on the candidate's past. So lest you want to bungle your chances in the interview, be upright and honest. All in all the IOs are very courteous, though occasionally you may be subjected to a few stressful questions, but thats all part to test your mentality.Take it in a good stride and answer all questions with conviction and confidence.
